Say NO to stress and let us help YouThrive!

Every day, millions of people wake up to a life they hate. They hate their work, they feel alone, even if they’re in a relationship. Stress is slowly, but surely, killing them.

We ( Eunice and Sue) have helped many people over the last 25 years turn their lives around from being stressed, sad, frustrated, angry, lonely ~ to being in control of their lives, happy and content.

Situations and pressures that cause stress are known as stressors. We usually think of stressors as being negative, such as an exhausting work schedule or an unhappy relationship. However, anything that puts high demands on you or forces you to adjust can be stressful. This includes positive events such as getting married, buying a house, going to university or receiving a promotion.

Not all stress is caused by external factors. Stress can also be self-generated, for example, when you worry excessively about something that may or may not happen, or have irrational, pessimistic thoughts about life.

We have created our own way of managing stress through a series of steps we call our Life is for Living programs.

Do you suffer from any or all of the following :

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Low self esteem
  • Low confidence
  • Frustrated with your life and/or the people in it
  • Want change but don't know where to start
  • Hate your job
  • In a relationship and unhappy
  • Alone and unhappy,
  • Sad
  • Feel "lost"
  • Jealous,
  • Resentful
  • Angry
  • Can't put your finger on the why, just know life should be better.

So how has your life come to this?  Why do most of us dwell on negative events, comments, feelings more than the happy go lucky positive ones?

If you have a penchant for detecting and dwelling on the negative, it's no cause for alarm. In fact, you are simply a product of intelligent human design whereby bad overpowers good. That 's right -- humans were designed to be keenly aware of negative circumstances and consequences as it helped our ancestors survive.

The negativity bias is a tendency to have greater sensitivity to negative than to positive events.

The trick is to "change our mindset " to increase positive thoughts and reduce the negative ones.

Once you know the hows, whys and ways to do this the transition to positive from negative is relatively easy.

You've got nothing to loose and Everything to Gain.

Only YOU can make changes to give yourself the life you want.

We know you know that.

Trouble is, Your Life didn't come with a specific road map and sometimes the map we have in our heads needs to be updated.

Our Life is for LIVING programs help you do that.
